Michael Batenburg, Founder and President
Michael created and traded marked Bed Bugs and Beyond in January 2006, the world’s first pest control consulting and brokerage service firm solely dedicated to mandating accountability of pest control providers and services surrounding the recent bed bug re-insurance by providing brokerage of specific services that are 100% guaranteed to achieve successful elimination of target pests.

Bed Bugs and Beyond's business model and objective is to eradicate the growing threat presented by the re-insurgence of Bed Bugs. The companies first 100 % bed bug elimination treatment brokerage was performed on the upper east side of Manhattan on a full structure brownstone in September 2007. To date Bed Bugs and Beyond has consulted on and, brokered over 4,000 bed bug treatment services that include: traditional pest control, K-9 scent detection, moving and relocation services and specialty pest elimination services such as fumigation and heat treatments, for suffering business and individuals nationwide that include: Abercrombie Fitch, Hollister, Nike town, Empire State Building, United Nations in NYC, Victoria's Secret, President Clintons NYC office.

Michael has over 23 years of professional executive hands on experience, servicing some of America's top fortune 500 companies and providing the utmost level of professional excellence. As a 10 year employee of Pitney Bowes Dictaphone Corporation and 13 years with EMC Corporation, Michael has managed global accounts and serviced hundreds of highly respected companies including: Lockheed Martin, Federal Express, Home Shopping Network, Well Care Health Services, Citibank, Jabil Circuit, Chase Manhattan and Tech Data. He has earned the reputation of having the highest level of integrity and is known for his commitment of over delivering to his clients expectations.

She has over 15 years of successful senior leadership experience in the hospitality and customer service industry.  Donna’s employment history extends to national and international conglomerates such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Don Shula’s Inc. Her proven track record as a leader in the service industry is a result of her desire to consistently exceed her customer’s expectations.
